Curb Appeal

Our clients came to us with a request we receive often, “give our home curb appeal”. In this case the request wasn’t partnered with a long list of other must­haves, such as additions, floor plan reconfigurations, etc. The request was to update the exterior with no changes to the interior. A few subtle, yet thoughtful changes to windows, rooflines, materials and colours can update a drab home to a neighbourhood standout. In this case the curb appeal was created through a few alterations to the roofline, a prominent front entry and an updated colour scheme that complements the lush environment surrounding the home.
