The renovation of this Lorne Park bungalow shows how minor modifications can completely reinvigorate a home.
The original home already had certain contemporary qualities, like low rooflines and a relatively open living space. A slight reconfiguration of the main living spaces into a great room, plus a facade upgrade that integrated large windows, a bold blend of materials, and an updated entry way gave the home a complete modern refresh.
