Board and Batten
The owners’ wishes were simple: a larger garage and a rear addition to accommodate an interior spa area. With budget restrictions in mind, this home’s original massing was substan- tially maintained and blended with modest roof line modi- fications. The house was re-clad with prefinished wood siding while using stone accents on the front. Restraint was used in exterior detailing and emphasis given to colour, proportion and scale.
